Job summary

Cody Regional Health in Cody, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit on nights. The RN provides care for critical medical, surgical and traumatized patients, performs admissions assessments, develops care plans, and documents thoroughly.

Requirements include Wyoming RN license, BSN preferred; CCU/ER experience preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS; strong communication and computer skills; ability to work in a high-stress environment. Night shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming RN license (active or temporary).
• BSN preferred as per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete head-to-toe assessments on admission.
• Develop and review written care plans daily.
• Initiate cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy and vitals.
• Administer medications, calculate doses, document outcomes.
• Perform nursing care via nursing process and update plans.
• Supervise care delivery and coordinate with physicians and staff.
