Job summary

Cody Regional Health's Long Term Care Center in Cody, WY is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) for nights on a part-time basis within the LTCC team. You will provide professional nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include Wyoming RN or LPN licensure and BLS certification. Prior geriatric or rehab/psychiatric nursing experience is helpful; strong leadership and supervision of CNAs is valued. Night differential applies.

Qualifications

• Wyoming licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Prior geriatric care experience is helpful; psychiatric/rehabilitation nursing experience is useful.
• BLS (AHA) certification required; IV certification guidance per WY Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document resident assessments on admission and ongoing.
• Monitor health status and update the care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders; administer medications as ordered.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
