HCA Florida Memorial Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Department in Jacksonville. The role involves assessing, planning, and coordinating care for critically ill patients in the CCU/ICU, with emphasis on vent management, rapid response, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and guiding families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with ADN or higher.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice (or compact license).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care in CCU/ICU.
• Provide nursing care and monitor patients with critical illness.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document results.
• Respond to Code Blues and manage rapid response situations.
• Educate patients and families on medications and care instructions.
