Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan within 3 months of hire date.
• The RN must have an AAS or RN Diploma; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patient/family and healthcare team to identify mutual goals based on assessment and diagnosis.
• Diagnose, treat and evaluate patient responses to health problems or needs.
• Evaluate outcomes of the nursing plan and revise as necessary.
• Assess, detect, monitor and prevent complications related to health situations or treatments.
• Notify physician of patient conditions and document nursing interventions.
