Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state) or multi-state compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/PALS Instructor or Provisional desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Delivers individualized evidence-based care and coordinates care through partnerships.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care respecting age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families to align goals with the care plan.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
