Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.

• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications or instructor status as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized, high quality patient care.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Upholds evidence-based practice and standards of care.
