Job summary

Incredible Health in Pendleton, OR is hiring an RN - Critical Care to support patients with life-threatening conditions in the ICU and to join Hospitals on Incredible Health network.

The role requires ADN or higher, RN license, ICU experience preferred, ACLS preferred, and strong teamwork. You will operate advanced medical equipment, respond to emergencies, and educate families about the care plan.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, and life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient’s condition and care plan.
