Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position in Georgia. The night shift requires critical care expertise, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring, with 12-hour shifts and 48 hours guaranteed per week.

Active GA RN license or compact, 2+ years ICU experience, and current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are required. The unit handles ventilated, critically ill patients and may receive overflow cases.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license (GA state or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Critical care experience including ventilator and pressor management

Responsibilities

• Work in the Medical ICU (MICU) of an acute care hospital
• Care for chronically ill patients requiring ventilation and complex medication management
• Titrate pressors and manage IV drugs for critically ill patients
• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients including ventilator management
