The position emphasizes teamwork, rapid assessment, and high-quality patient care. Candidates need ICU experience, RN licensure, and a calm, data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• ACLS certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in critical care units (ICU) is preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and communicate effectively.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and parameters, and intervene as needed.
• Monitor and care for critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
