You will monitor vitals, operate life-support devices, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. Shift options include day, night and mid shifts; full-time, part-time and per diem roles are available with benefits such as 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress with strong clinical judgment.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene as needed.
• Monitor critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems including ventilation and monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
