Job summary

Dignity Health - Arroyo Grande Community Hospital in Arroyo Grande, California, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Requirements include a BSN, 1–3 years in critical care, CA RN license, and BLS and ACLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

BSN degree required.
1–3 years of ICU/critical care experience.
Minimum of one year experience as an Acute Care Nurse.
CA RN license.
BLS required within 30 days.
ACLS required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care, including skilled procedures.
Perform critical assessments and implement patient care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient status and conduct rounds per shift schedule.
Introduce patient to unit and assess physiologic and psychologic needs.
