CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting in Red Bluff, California. The role emphasizes rapid assessment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and individualized patient care plans to support recovery.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, has at least one year of critical care or emergency department experience, and maintains BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Competenze

• Current CA RN licensure required.
• One year recent critical care or emergency department experience required.
• Working knowledge of basic dysrhythmia.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other practitioners as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitors medical condition of patients and reports changes to appropriate personnel.
• Reports abnormal diagnostic data to physician/shift coordinator/supervisor as appropriate.
• Demonstrates ability to perform technical nursing procedures/skills of patient care competently, seeking assistance when appropriate.
• Implements patient histories, assesses patients' conditions, and develops individualized care plans for assigned patients. Documents on care plans as patient care evolves, including resolution of problems.
• Assesses patient educational needs and barriers to learning. Implements multidisciplinary patient education care plan and documents patient teaching.
