Riverside Health System in Hampton, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in the Critical Care/Telemetry units. Under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet goals.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education, safe transitions, and adherence to RHS standards.

Competenze

• RN required and licensed in Virginia
• 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• CPR/BLS certification required

• Collaborate with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safe transitions.
