Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA is seeking an experienced RN for Adult Critical Care. The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates hired into full-time inpatient positions, with pay determined by experience.

You'll promote health through nursing process, collaborate with physicians and teams, and provide compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. Minimum ADN required; BSN preferred; Washington RN license or compact license, BLS, ALS/NIHSS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• 1-2 years nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ALS and NIHSS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and designated support person(s).
• Supervise assigned team members; ensure care aligns with Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards.
