Job summary

Great River Health Systems in West Burlington, Iowa, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Float Pool. This 36-hour-per-week, part-time night shift role (7:00pm–7:30am) includes every other weekend and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will deliver care using the nursing process, collaborate with other health team members, and support patients across cardiac/AMI, vascular, hemodynamic monitoring, endocrine, renal and pulmonary services.

Qualifications

• Required: ADN.
• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in coordination with the health team.
• Interacts with patients and significant others while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
• Provides high quality care to Cardiac/AMI, Vascular, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Endocrine, Renal and Pulmonary patients.
