Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois (IDFPR) with current licensure.
• ACLS certification within 1 year.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by the unit.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care for the care team.
• Completes initial patient assessment and plans care per unit standards.
• Implements and modifies the plan of care based on ongoing evaluation.
• Ensures patient and employee safety by reporting hazards.
• Provides signals for ventilated patients and assists with life-saving care.
