Responsibilities

• Assess patient status via interview, observation and physical exam.

• Document progress and adjust care plan as condition changes.
• Ensure safety and appropriateness of patient handling and use of lift equipment.
• Perform bedside lab testing and quality control per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to meet expected outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and discharge planning.
