Job summary

Alliance Homecare – New Jersey seeks highly skilled Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one, high-acuity care in a private home setting in Hunterdon County, NJ. Nurses will deliver hospital-level care to ventilator- and G-tube–dependent clients with autonomy in a high-pressure environment.

Role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining exceptional standards of care. Premium compensation available at $95/hour.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license is required.
• 5+ years of critical care experience in high-acuity settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• CCRN, TNCC, or NIHSS certifications are preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Experience with ventilators and complex care needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on critical care in a home environment.
• Monitor and manage complex cardiac, neurological, trauma, MICU, and CVICU conditions.
• Perform ventilator management and airway care.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Collaborate with the care management team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, high-acuity care for a ventilator- and G-tube–dependent client in a private home setting. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining hospital-level standards of care.

Compensation & Schedule

• $95/hour premium pay
• Available shifts: Saturday 12HRS PM
• Candidates must be willing to cross-train on:
• One (1) daytime shift
• One (1) overnight shift
• Consistent availability and schedule flexibility are required to support continuity of care

Key Responsibilities
