Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies including oxygen, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Perform routine and emergency tracheostomy care and monitor ventilator settings.
• Participate in ventilator weaning protocols and respond to respiratory emergencies.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and inventory; coordinate with care teams.
