Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of oxygen delivery methods and equipment.
• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and monitors for side effects.
• Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators and airway management duties.
• Documents data in patient records following service.
• Performs EKGs and reports interpretations to physicians.
