Clover Health Services in Viroqua, Wisconsin is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assist physicians in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory disorders. You will perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests, and develop treatment plans with physicians.

The role requires NBRC RRT and CRT credentials, BLS/ACLS, and state licensure. You will work night shifts 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 13-week assignment, with weekly pay and housing and health

Formación

• Requires RRT and CRT credentials and state licensure.
• NBRC TMC and CSE examinations must be passed.
• Associate degree or higher in respiratory care required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Pass state licensure examination.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory disorders.
• Evaluate patients and perform diagnostic tests (arterial blood gases, pulmonary function tests).
• Develop respiratory treatment plans with physicians.
• Monitor patient physiological responses to therapy.
• Set up and operate mechanical ventilators and aerosol generators.
• Manage life-support equipment in critical care settings.
• Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy).
• Respond to emergency situations (cardiac arrest, trauma).
• Collaborate with healthcare team on patient management.
• Educate patients and families about disease management.
