• Must obtain Neonate Resuscitate certification within 90 days of employment start.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through focused exams and breath sounds interpretation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and manage ventilation in critical care.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care.
