ScionHealth Westminster is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to administer comprehensive respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients. You will manage ventilator support, monitor ABG results, and ensure thorough documentation while collaborating with physicians and the care team.

The role emphasizes airway management, patient education, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must hold RCP licensure, ACLS/BLS, and demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary (Cert/Diploma/Program Grad) from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• RCP license required upon hire.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required upon hire or within time frame.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe respiratory care as ordered by physician.
• Monitor ventilator support and ABG results.
• Document all respiratory care procedures accurately and completely.
• Support airway management including intubation assistance and suctioning.
• Provide patient and family education on respiratory therapies.
