Aufgaben

• Deliver respiratory care procedures per department policy in all hospital areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and charges for each patient.
• Verify physician orders; initial, date and time after verification.
• Receive and relay patient reports; update patient profile with current status.
• Attend and participate in department in-services, meetings and rounds.
• Update supervisor on workload and patient acuity.
• Demonstrate knowledge of respiratory equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage airway including bag‑mask ventilation; assist with intubation as directed.
• Provide timely updates to physicians; recommend therapy changes when appropriate.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff and students.
