Renown Health in Reno, NV is seeking a Clinical Respiratory Therapist to perform respiratory therapy procedures for patients from newborn to geriatric ages in critical care, adult general care and pediatric units.

The role includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care under established protocols, with thorough documentation and ongoing professional development. Licensure and advanced certifications are required at hire or within specified timelines.

Formación

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of full-time Respiratory Care in a critical care setting.
• RRT credential required at time of hire.
• Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners Respiratory Care Practitioner license required at time of hire.
• AHA BLS certification required at time of hire; ACLS & PALS within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures per protocol and physician orders for patients from newborn to geriatric ages.
• Provide care in critical care units, adult general care and pediatric general care.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain department logs.
• Stay informed on advances in respiratory care and apply appropriate technologies.
