Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a contract assignment in Morristown, NJ. The RN will support ICU patients in a high-acuity setting, performing assessments, patient education, and comprehensive documentation.

The 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), 36 hours per week, and weekend/Holiday requirements are included. The contract runs from November 2, 2026 to January 30, 2027, with healthcare benefits, housing, and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience (Stepdown/SDU experience highly preferred)
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
• Proficient in electronic documentation and patient education
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care from pediatric to geriatric patients in the ICU
• Execute thorough patient assessments and deliver high-quality direct care
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation according to clinical guidelines
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to facility standards
• Support patient satisfaction through compassionate, courteous interactions with patients, families, and colleagues
• Adhere to safety protocols, including patient identification practices and safe transfer techniques
• Participate in perioperative care, including pre-admission testing assessments and patient education

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts, 7p–7a
• Three shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Every third weekend required
• Work one winter and one summer holiday
• Contract runs from November 2, 2026, to January 30, 2027

$1,959 - $2,143/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
