Methodist Health System seeks a Critical Care RN/RT to deliver high-acuity patient care in our ICU and Progressive Care Units. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and respiratory therapies, and manage ventilators and drips while responding quickly to changes in patient status.

You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, support families with clear communication and education, and follow evidence-based protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or RT license with state credentials.
• Experience in critical care or high-acuity settings is preferred.
• Ability to manage ventilators and administer medications safely.
