Qualifications

• Master's degree required for PA practice.
• Current PA license (PA-C) or board eligibility.
• Active certification and licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic and emergency care in outpatient and inpatient settings; orders and interprets labs and imaging.
• Prescribes medications electronically; administers injections and performs minor bedside procedures.
• Coordinates complex care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; initiates timely consultations.
• Delivers specialized care in critical/inpatient settings with accurate documentation.
• Educates patients and families on health, medications, and follow-up; ensures continuity of care.
• Initiates emergency measures; conducts hospital rounds and communicates changes to physicians.
• Engages in continuing education and quality improvement; adheres to medical staff standards.
• Assists in surgical, interventional radiology, or fluoroscopic procedures under supervision.
• Performs other duties per privileging and job agreement.
