Local Team Collaboration

• Join our newest Intensivist program at Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch, CA.
• Due to proven success within the Sutter system, we are expanding to begin managing the ICU at Sutter Delta on October 1st.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible/certified in Critical Care medicine. An active California license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

• Block schedule day shifts only with minimal night call from home. We collaborate to manage the schedule equitably, promoting a strong work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a 12-bed ICU at Sutter Delta Medical Center, a 141-bed hospital and STEMI center, mainly serving medical and some post-op surgery patients.
• Work alongside an Intensivist during the day (7 am-7 pm), with NP/PA coverage overnight (7 pm-7 am), supported by a tele-ICU physician. Night call is from home.
• Use EPIC and our internal informatics platform for patient management.
