You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care and support services, aiding patients to achieve their highest level of wellness.

This role welcomes nursing and pre-med students, with a 175‑hour PCA Training Program and an accredited U.S. DOL Apprenticeship, plus strong benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in a healthcare career program.
• No healthcare experience required; candidates encouraged to apply.
• CNA certification preferred; BLS within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Perform clinical and non-clinical duties as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Complete PCA training during orientation and initial employment period.
