Jackson Physician Search is seeking a dedicated APP to join our nationally recognized health system in a night-shift role. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week with self-scheduling and the option to cluster shifts for long blocks of time off, providing consistent overnight coverage.

Join a Level I Trauma Center within a leading tertiary hospital, supporting an overnight census of 8–14 patients and collaborating with a strong Critical Care team.

Responsibilities

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week with self-scheduling to maximize control over monthly layout
• Cluster shifts to create extended blocks of time off without using PTO
• Support a Level I Trauma Center with a stable overnight census of 8–14 patients per APP
• Collaborate with a robust Critical Care team of physicians and APPs to deliver high-quality care
