Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Sacramento in Folsom, CA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. Under physician orders, you will provide and direct OT services, assess and plan treatments, and document care.

Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree in OT, be National Certification eligible, hold a valid COTA license in California, and maintain current BLS. One year of experience is preferred; professionalism and strong organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a CA-licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for COTA.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients under physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement and document OT treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
