Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in nursing; must obtain BSN within 3 years if already incumbent.
• 2 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care, clinical personnel, and unit operations.
• Oversee daily operations, including off-shift and weekend supervision of nursing and non-licensed staff.
• Manage resources, quality improvement, payroll, and colleague scheduling.
• Monitor patient throughput to facilitate efficient clinical operations.
• Provide a safe and therapeutic unit environment and staff RN coverage.

Education

BSN in nursing

2 years of acute care nursing experience

At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
