Lahey Hospital & Medical Center / Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for its Critical Care service. The role involves daily rounds, ventilator management, and ICU consults across LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have independent critical thinking and strong patient care management.
• Strong preference for prior experience in critical care medicine.
• Demonstrates organization, flexibility, adaptability, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds and management of critical illnesses.
• Performing common bedside procedures.
• Ventilator management.
• Managing ICU admissions and critical care consults.
• Bed flow management.
• Serving on LHMC Medical Emergency Team and responding to hospital emergencies.
