The role involves daily ICU rounds, management of critically ill patients, and bedside procedures. Responsibilities include ventilator management, ICU admissions, critical care consults, bed flow management, and MEC teamwork with rotations across three hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care settings and ability to work in a high-acuity environment.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and ICU protocols.
• Strong teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds in the ICU.
• Manage critically ill patients and perform common bedside procedures.
• Ventilator management and ICU admissions.
• Critical care consults and bed flow management.
• Serve on the Medical Emergency Team and respond to emergencies.
• Exercise independent critical thinking and patient care management.
• Rotational day, night, and weekend responsibilities across three hospital locations.
• Candidates should be motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Prior experience in critical care is strongly preferred.
