Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with TN licensure and national certification.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Current TN license and board certification as NP.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document health histories and perform focused examinations.
• Provide primary, acute, and complex care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Develop and implement plans of care, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
• Coordinate patient transitions between care settings (admission, transfer, discharge).
• Adhere to professional and institutional standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
