Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a physician to join a nationally recognized health system in Illinois. The role features three 12-hour night shifts per week, with self-scheduling flexibility and the ability to cluster shifts for extended time off.

You’ll work within a Level I trauma center and a robust Critical Care team for a stable, predictable schedule. The compensation includes up to $73.10/hour with productivity incentives, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation up to $73.10/hour plus productivity incentives
