Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls seeks an Intensivist to join the ICU team. The role involves managing a 29-bed mixed open ICU with 12-hour day shifts and night calls from home, supervising intensivists, and collaborating with primary and consulting physicians.

This employed, W2 position offers MGMA-based compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and opportunities for teaching residents and medical students through Idaho College of Medicine.

Competenze

• Board certification in critical care required.
• Full-time, 12-15 shifts per month.
• 12-hour day shifts with night call from home.
• Manage 29-bed mixed open ICU.
• Supervise all intensivists on staff.
• Develop ICC standards and protocols.
• Teach residents in ACGME programs.
