ICC Healthcare seeks a Critical Care Intensivist to join the team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, Florida. This full-time role includes 12-hour shifts with a mix of days and nights in a 19-bed ICU and includes teaching responsibilities with an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Board certification/eligibility in critical care and an active Florida license (or ability to obtain) are required. Start is anticipated in 2026, with an ideal early 2027 timeframe.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in critical care.
• Active Florida License or ability to obtain.
• Full-time schedule: 15 shifts per month, 12-hour shifts (days/nights).
• Team structure: 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 MD at night.
• Teaching responsibilities with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Available to start in 2026, ideally early 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care coverage in a 19-bed Med/Surg ICU with mandatory intensivist consults.
• Engage in clinical teaching for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Collaborate with ICU team to deliver high-quality critical care services.
