Christiana Care Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical ICU at Christiana Hospital. The role is a Full-Time Flex schedule (36 hrs/week) with night shift rotations, providing expert care in a critical care setting.

The successful candidate will bring a BSN or commit to BSN within 3 years, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS (ACLS preferred). The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a $20,000 sign-on potential.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
