Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma with basic computer skills.
• Telemetry monitoring class through MNM and annual competency testing.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to obtain and distribute accurate clerical information confidentially.
• Enter orders into the Hospital Information System accurately and timely.
• Organize medical records from admission through discharge per policy.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, fax, and in person.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality of records to comply with medicolegal requirements.
• Accurately capture charges to support correct patient billing.
• Monitor telemetry in ICU or CVU and report adverse rhythms to nursing.
• Pursue additional knowledge and adapt to changes; perform other duties as assigned.
