Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• 1+ years RN experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification required in certain units.
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit and ICU/IMCU settings.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records and data.
• Follow organizational policies and participate in quality improvement.
