MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Critical Care Float Pool. You will float to the Critical Care units, providing skilled bedside care, IV placement, blood draws, and traumatic care support.

This role requires shifting 7p-7a with rotating weekends and rotating holidays, and a bi-weekly 48-hour schedule. You will collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, Nurse Interns, and providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (or obtained within 90 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Float to Critical Care units to provide skilled bedside care.
• Perform IV placement, blood draws, and wound care as needed.
• Demonstrate time management, critical thinking and delegating in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, Nurse Interns and providers.
