Job summary

SoftPath Medical seeks an experienced Critical Care Float Nurse to cover ICU, PCU, MS, and ED units as needed. The ideal candidate has strong ICU credentials, the ability to float across departments, and proficient ventilator management.

ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. In-state license and current credentials must be on hand to start, with eligibility to work at the facility as a traveler.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU with the ability to float to PCU/MS units.
• Experience in ICU/PCU/MS with ability to manage higher patient ratios.
• Strong PCU nursing experience and ventilator management skills.

Responsibilities

• Floating between ICU, PCU, MS, and ED as needed.
• Provide care for complex critical patients in multiple units.
• Utilize certified protocols (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS) during shifts.
