Qualifications

• Must have completed a Specialty Nursing Training Program.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities are essential.
• Clinical environment experience and adherence to policies required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments within scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including education, discharge planning, and family support.
• Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Engage in quality, safety, and departmental improvement activities, including education programs.
