Qualifications

• Requires current New Jersey Nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of critical care or ED nursing experience.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing team about status and plans.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Document patient assessments and plans at the point of care.
• Provide patient and family education to optimize health and disease management.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary discharge planning for safe transition.
