Experience

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

• Preferred Skills/Experience:At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
• Special Requests:Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months.
• Shift & Scheduling:Every other weekend.No call.
• Floating Requirements:The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Previous Employment Requirements:Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
• 14 days maximum time off
• 2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
• Driver’s license required for submission
