Trusted Health seeks an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment at Geneva General Hospital in New York. The role requires 12 months of Med/Surg or Tele experience, a NY RN license, and a BSN. Nurses must be willing to float to multiple units and travel between Finger Lakes Health facilities.

Shifts are 12 hours, with 3 shifts per week and rotations on weekends/holidays. Vaccination requirements apply, and pre-employment modules may be required.

Responsabilités

• Traveling nurse assignment at Geneva General Hospital for orientation.

Shift

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• BSN completion required.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Details

All travelers report to Geneva General Hospital for orientation.

Special Requests

RTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed.

Unit Details

Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling

• Every other weekend and holiday rotations.
• Two on-call shifts per 4 weeks.

Floating Requirements

• Must be cross-trained for multiple units (Med/Surg, ICU, and ER).
• Must be comfortable floating to ICU, ER, Med/Surg, and MST.
• Must be willing to float at Finger Lakes Health facilities only.

7 days maximum time off
