Children's National Hospital is seeking a Critical Care Float Pool RN to support the Cardiac, Neonatal, and Pediatric Intensive Care Units in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes independent nursing practice within the hospital's policies and a collaborative care model.

Minimum ASN required with BSN preferred; DC RN licensure and CPR certification essential. You will rotate through high-acuity units, adapt to changing priorities, and participate in unit leadership and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• The licensed RN will complete hospital and nursing orientation.
• Role model organizational skills; adjust for changes and complete assignments on time.
• Maintain Registered Nurse license and CPR certification.
