Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced RN with pediatric/neonatal critical care skills to provide nursing care for Pedi-Flite patients and coordinate with EMS and receiving facilities. You will ensure documentation is complete and care meets high standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and 3–5 years of critical care experience, with Pediatric/Neonatal exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Critical Care 3-5 years of experience is required.
• Pediatric and neonatal critical care 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from initial contact to handoff to accepting facility and document thoroughly.
• Practice within scope of nursing practice as defined by state regulations.
• Maintain and report on equipment and supplies for Pedi-Flite and ensure rapid response readiness.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, EMS, hospitals and the public.
• Perform required briefs, documentation and participate in Pedi-Flite activities and committees.
• Deliver advanced skills as approved by Medical Directors and participate in education.
